The answer really is, it depends. Every person and injury is different and so is the time it will take to resolve the issue.
Here's a rough guideline however:
Minor issue: 1-5 sessions
Moderate issue: 5-10 sessions
Severe issue: 10-15+ sessions
Active wear is ideal, think singlets and shorts. We'll need to have a good look at certain parts of the body, sometimes this will involve removing some items of clothing (it's all in a private treatment room though).
You will also likely be working up a sweat with some of the exercises as well, so a towel and a water bottle are a good idea.
